Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project, Inc. (PDAP) is a registered 501c(3) organization, with a mission to support, encourage, and promote BIPOC Arts and Artists in Tampa Bay while providing family engagements with a focus on health and wellness. PDAP brings together a community of creative producers, artists, and artivists focused on developing and inspiring educational, collaborative, and uplifting engagements for youth and families that encourage health and wellness. Formation: In June of 2021, several members of Pinellas County’s Black and Brown arts community came together to form PDAP, with the intention of offering pop-up art shows, workshops, artist talks, literary and spoken word events, creative huddles and roundtables, and theater, dance, and musical performances. Visit https://pinellasdap.org for more information.
