At the Tampa Bay Chalk Festival, we love celebrating the amazing organizations that make our community stronger! There is never a fee for our Community Exhibitors.

Community Exhibitor spaces are reserved for organizations recognized as 501(c)(3) nonprofit, tax-exempt organizations. Proof of tax-exempt status may be required to confirm eligibility.

Exhibitor Registration

At this time, vendor and exhibitor applications are closed, and we are unable to accept any additional participants for this year’s festival. Please note that all approved participants must provide proof of acceptance to receive placement at the festival.

Don’t worry if you missed this year’s registration—we encourage you to apply early for our next event. We’d love to welcome you to a future Tampa Bay Chalk Festival!

Can’t join us as an exhibitor this year? You can still help bring this colorful community celebration to life!

We are currently accepting donations to support the Tampa Bay Chalk Festival through the Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project.

To make a donation:

• Enter your donation amount in the Donate to Pinellas Diaspora Arts Project section.
• Select your preferred payment method.
• In the Notes field, please write TBCF so your donation is designated for the Tampa Bay Chalk Festival.
